A mysterious Boards of Canada record was found at Other Music records in New York City. The cover reads simply as follows:
BOARDS OF CANADA
------ / ------ / ------ / XXXXXX / ------ / ------
The bottom of the cover bears a copyright notice dated "2013 WARP RECORDS LIMITED".
When played, the record contains approximately 40 seconds of audio, consisting primarily of a short set of chimes followed by a computer voice reciting six numbers, similar to a shortwave numbers station (such as the one sampled on "Gyroscope"). The numbers recited are 9 3 6 5 5 7'.
According to a store employee, the record was hand-delivered by a Warp Records representative and is one of only 6 in the world. The rest are said to be all located outside the United States.
