- "Palace Posy" is an anagram of "Apocalypse". [1]
- Teleology is a word to refer to apocalyptic cults' interest and predictions in end times.
Samples / Lyrics
- Some have suggested the lyrics sound like "We have everything" or something similar to that. [2] [3]
- MrMessiah on Twoism posted a link to a old VHS clip where the word "eleven" is said to sound similar to the sample in the song.[4]. This same Twoism member cut up the sample and played it through a sampler, giving something that sounds quite similar to the lyrics in the song.[5]
Trivia
- A palace is the official residence of a sovereign, archbishop, bishop, or other exalted person. The word derives from the Latin palatium, from Palatium, the Palatine Hill in Rome where the emperors' residences were built.[6]
- A posy is a brief sentiment, motto, or legend. Alternatively it is a word for a flower or bouquet of flowers. During the Plague, posies of herbs were carried as protection and to ward off the smell of the disease.[7]
