*I personally think the aforementioned female voice could also possibly be saying "nineteen ninety-five", with the recourance of simultaneous "ni-" and fi-" creating the illusion of the word dying. *I also think it's worthwhile to note that the vocal sample seems to start looping at the very beginning of the phrase. So, especially on the second round, what it really sounds like to me is "nineteen nineteen five-five-five..." Or "nineteen nineteen dying dying dying...."
