The snare sample in this song is taken from Zero G's 1992 CD-ROM sample library Datafile 3.^[1] It is also present in the unreleased Play By Numbers track "Wouldn't You Like To Be Free" due to both tracks using the same drum beat, albeit much faster in B09.^[2] This could imply that B09 is contemporary with "Wouldn't You Like To Be Free", especially considering the similarity between the chord progressions in the two pieces.
The drum loop played from the beginning of the song to 2:20 and 2:54 to the end of the song is the same as in the 1-minute snippet of "Wouldn't You Like To Be Free."
