This server is a mature, but lighthearted Discord community centred around Boards of Canada. It was set up by Fredd-E in 2021.

Setup

We have deliberately kept our server setup minimal.
The channels are divided into just two categories.
Access on iOS might require additional steps due to the 18+ nature.

Rules

Respect & Civility | Treat everyone with respect. No hate speech or harassment.
No Drama | Keep personal disputes and inflammatory topics out of the server.
Appropriate Content | Strictly no NSFW or unsolicited AI slop. Keep it PG-13.
Relevant Content | Keep discussion to the relevant channels.
No Spam/Self-Promo | No mass-messaging, or unsolicited advertising.
Listen to Staff | The mod team has the final say. If you need help, tag the moderator role.
Server Restrictions | New member limitations are lifted via active participation and moderator approval.

2026-10-15

We've officially flipped the switch to make this server 18+. To keep it plain and simple: we're aiming for a slightly more mature vibe and trying to cut down on the trolls and bad actors looking to ruin things for the rest of us.

Access on iOS might require some extra steps:

Sign in to Discord on desktop
Cogwheel Icon: Access User Settings
In User Settings, select Messaging Permissions.
Enable Allow access to age-restricted content on iOS by pressing the toggle.

If you're under 18 or just looking for a spot without the age restriction, you're more than welcome to hang out in The Magic Window or Happy Cyclist Association.
