Implemented two new extensions:

- Usage: {{#ev:service|id|width}} where:
  - service is the name of a video sharing service: e.g. youtube - googlevideo - dailymotion
  - id is the id of the video to include
  - width (optional) is the width in pixels of the viewing area (height will be determined automatically)

I've updated to the latest MediaWiki version and have installed a proper captcha system in order to stop the anonymous spam edits and anonymous bot registrations.
