• Hydrogen, helium and lithium are the three elements produced in appreciable quantities by Big Bang nucleosynthesis in the first minutes of the universe. To append Leviathan — the biblical sea-monster of Job 41, Psalm 74 and Isaiah 27:1, a creature of primordial chaos that is subdued by God at the creation and again at the end of days — is to collapse the beginning of physical cosmology into mythic theology.
• In Kabbalah and Christian exegesis, Leviathan is the chaos of the deep before the Spirit moves on the face of the waters (Genesis 1:2). The title aligns creation's first three chemical elements with the dragon that inhabits the void.
• The runtime — 4:44' — is a common numerological "angel number" in contemporary mysticism, read as divine reassurance or as guarded transition. For BoC's numerological tradition see Geogaddis 66:06 and "1969".
