• The Process Church of the Final Judgment — an English new religious movement / cult founded in 1963 by Robert de Grimston and Mary Ann MacLean, both originally of the Church of Scientology. The Process held a syncretic theology in which Christ, Satan, Jehovah and Lucifer were complementary aspects of a single divine principle, to be reconciled at the end of the age.
• The Process has long been the subject of speculative / conspiracy writing (notably Ed Sanders's The Family, 1971, which linked it to the Manson Family) and has been cited across the post-industrial / occult music tradition.
• Places the track squarely in the cult-religion axis of the album alongside the Branch-Davidian-referencing "In a Beautiful Place out in the Country" / "1969" / "Amo Bishop Roden" lineage on Geogaddi.
