Introit is the first track on Boards of Canada's fifth studio album Inferno, released in 2026. It functions are a short introduction to the album in the same fashion as previous Boards of Canada tracks "Wildlife Analysis", "Ready Lets Go", and "Into the Rainbow Vein" (from Music Has the Right to Children, Geogaddi, and The Campfire Headphase, respectively).

On 7th May 2026 Introit was released as part of a music video alongside "Prophecy At 1420 MHz", the second track on Inferno. This effectively serves as the lead single for Inferno.
