"...at the end of the whole album, you've reached some sort of sanctuary and then the whole thing is stolen away from you again with the final track. That last track has a deliberate feeling of complete futility that I find kind of funny. That's where the obsessive, scientific work comes in, and yeah, it takes us ages."

- "Semena Mertvykh" (Семена Мёртвых) is incorrect transliteration from Russian for "Seeds of the Dead". (It is a common to replace ё to е in writing, but it should be still read as ё - YO). It is funny that this mistake make this word Ukrainian. [4]
- Intentional or not, it's fascinating that an anagram of "Semena Mertvykh" is “Ken me my harvest”. “Ken me” I understand to be Scottish for “understand me” or “know me”.
