Part of the nostalgic quality of Boards of Canada's music come from their extensive sampling of 70's and 80's era children television programs. One commonly sampled program is the US program Sesame Street, created by the Children's Television Workshop.

  • The laugh at the end of the "I love you" sample is also in Niagara, Track 9 of Boc Maxima.

• Wanda the Word Fairy visits
  • A group of kids, along with Big Bird, Snuffleupagus and the Word Fairy, say "Fly!" (On A Rolling Sea, Orange Romeda)
  • Glissando sting, then the Word Fairy laughing (Iraq Says)
