Comments

Boards of Canada cite the films of the National Film Board of Canada as a big influence on them when they were younger, musically, and in other ways. Perhaps this explains the love of and respect for nature that seems to come across in the music, and the interest in native American people and their way of life. For example, see the comments on "Hooper Bay", "Chinook", "Pete Standing Alone" and "Kaini Industries" in Music Has the Right to Children.
On both Boc Maxima and Music Has the Right to Children, "Wildlife Analysis" transitions seamlessly into the next track, "Chinook" and "An Eagle in Your Mind" respectively. It is one of only three tracks to do so on Music Has the Right to Children, the other two being "Bocuma" into "Roygbiv" and "Open the Light" into "One Very Important Thought".

Throughout the song, the last four seconds of the theme song of Sesame Street's Alphaquest slowed down by ~15.86 semitones is looped.^[1]
