Hexagon Sun is the artistic collective which exists around Boards of Canada, as well as the name of their studio.

Facts

• The collective includes both Mike and Marcus Sandison.
  • They produce work in many mediums, primarily audio and video, as mentioned in interviews.
  • These tend to be exhibited at RedMoon parties.
  • Peter Iain Clark and Goderich are presuably members.
• Turquoise Hexagon Sun on Music has the Right to Children is an obvious reference to the collective.

  • Christopher Horne may be an ex-member.
  • Frazer Clarke may be a member, or an ex-member.
  • Membership may be a somewhat loose concept.
• Live Recordings:
• The Warp10 bootleg was recorded by a member.
  • The somewhat constant background voice is similar in accent and intonation to that on Turquoise Hexagon Sun.
